RYAN Thomas has revealed that a Corrie co-star pulled him up for his “cocky behaviour” on set saying “I was an absolute d******d”.

Ryan was speaking with his brother’s Adam and Scott Thomas on their family podcast At Home With The Thomas Bro’s.

After listening to Adam’s upsetting tales of the jungle, Ryan, 41, said: “Showbiz is a bit of a crazy world bro.

“I’ll even talk about myself, like growing up like, you know my ego and things I used to do growing up.

“But I was young kid growing up in the public eye and I was, I could say at times, I was actually a proper d******d”

“Yeah,” replied Adam.

Ryan added: “And I wear my heart on my sleeve, I remember Charlie Dale pulling me to one side.

“He played Dennis in Corrie.

“He pulled me to one side in the green room and he said you’re acting a little bit cocky and people are seeing it and it’s not looking good.

“I was like yeah I needed that but the problem is now growing up in showbiz.

“Everyone’s playing the game right?

“But the great thing about the game now is, have you noticed the game’s changing.

“No-one wants to see the filtered version of anyone anymore, right?

“Everyone’s seen the light, everyone can see through it, right.”

Ryan then explained that’s why everyone likes their podcast because they all show their true selves on it.

Ryan played the role of Jason Grimshaw on Coronation Street from 2000 until 2016 and again in 2025.

In 2018, he played Rafael Humphreys in Australian soap opera Neighbours, and won the twenty-second series of Celebrity Big Brother.

He also won the sixteenth series of Dancing on Ice in 2024.

Meanwhile, I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, which is currently airing has seen his brother Adam, 37, go through the wringer following a bullying row with boxer David Haye and a nasty clash with Jimmy Bullard.

Adam even said on social media last week that he felt he had been ‘broken’ whilst in camp following the turmoil.

And now, I’m A Celebrity viewers think Adam is embroiled in a third feud after co-star Harry Redknapp took a swipe at him in tonight’s show.

The campmates were joined in camp by a fake clucking hen from which they had to catch eggs for breakfast.

Pleased with his double haul, Adam cheerfully shouted: “I caught two eggs at one time, some people might call me the eggspert.”

But in the Telegraph, Harry seemed put out by his co-star’s volume levels.

Viewers picked up on it immediately and felt there was an edge to his words.

One viewer wrote on X: “Harry really doesn’t like Adam, the miserable old sod, face like a dog chewing a wasp. Why say Adam ‘can catch an egg with his mouth’. Now he thinks he’s top man, a Lion ‘King of the Jungle’.”

Another posted: “Hmmmm feeling Harry is not a fan of Adam… prefers sportsmen maybe.”

A third said: “Gone right off Harry, him saying ‘Adam could’ve caught one of the eggs in his mouth’ seemed loaded.”

A fourth shared: “Was that a snarky comment from Harry about Adam catching an egg in his mouth?”

While another said: “Harry really doesn’t like Adam…”

It perhaps shouldn’t come as a surprise.

Harry previously called David a “proper geezer” despite his constant swipes at Adam, which, at one point, left him in tears.
