General Hospital Preview: Jack Finds Out Carly’s Sleeping With Valentin. The fit is about to hit the shan on #GH! Get a sneak preview of Carly and Jack’s massive confrontation.

Though in the April 3 episode of General Hospital (recapped here), Jack burst into Carly’s bedroom to find her alone, the sheet is still going to hit the fan when the soap returns on April 7. As you’ll see in the sneak-peek video below, he bellows at his two-timing lover, “Did you think there wouldn’t be consequences?!?”

General Hospital Preview: Jack Finds Out Carly's Sleeping With Valentin

Jack isn’t just talking about consequences of  cheating on him, either. When he demands to know who “the other man” is, Carly tells him straight-up that it’s Valentin, Soap Opera Digest reports. In other words, the former Mob moll runs the very high risk of going to prison for years for harboring a fugitive. (Is any hookup worth that?)

As viewers are well aware, General Hospital has been building up to this explosive moment for months, with Carly and Valentin plotting to bring down Jack and inadvertently catching feelings for one another at the same time. Carly’s hella mad that her boyfriend recruited daughter Josslyn for the WSB without telling her. And honestly, she’d still be ticked even if he had told her!

As for Jack, obviously, he is beyond devastated that the woman he loves has betrayed him — and with Valentin, of all people. Brennan may not be the mushy type, but his love for Carly is real — in this instance, painfully so.

Chris L. McKenna tells Digest that his character’s reaction to the reveal is “heartrage,” a mixture of heartbreak and rage. And though you’d think that Carly would get some satisfaction out of hurting her lying beau, it ain’t necessarily so. “I don’t think she enjoys it,” Laura Wright says. “I think she 100 percent wanted for this to have never happened.”
