Murder week is upon us in Coronation Street, with five villains in danger of losing their lives before the end of the month.

In a special format of episodes, each character will take centre stage – or screen – for a single episode, as we follow their movements on the day of the murder, before finally learning who is dead at the end of the week.

Exciting stuff, isn’t it?

Given that this murder was teased in a flashforward episode earlier this year, it would be cruel of us to make you wait even longer for some sneaky teasers.

So, here are your new spoiler clips ahead of an exciting week of Coronation Street episodes!

Monday, April 27

Todd Grimshaw’s (Gareth Pierce) plans to get away from Coronation Street and Theo Silverton’s (James Cartwright) abuse for good are derailed when his window is smashed by a metal pipe.

After a phone call with George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley), Todd is horrified to realise that someone has moved his suitcase, only to come face to face with sinister Theo…

Tuesday, April 28

Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) has finally burnt his last bridge after pushing Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) to the limit.

Despite his cruelty, Debbie is feeling down in this new clip about how things could have gone so wrong in their relationship, having paid him to leave the street for good.

Is she set to end up feeling even worse if Carl turns out to be the body?

Jodie Ramsey’s (Olivia Frances-Brown) nefarious schemes have finally come back to bite her, and it is Shona Platt (Julia Goulding) who is at risk as two thugs corner her in search of Jodie.

Though Shona tries to protect Jodie, Jodie invites them inside to sort things out once and for all. Has she made a deadly mistake?

Thursday, April 30

Two major stories intertwine on Thursday when a bloody-nosed Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon) taunts Maggie Driscoll (Pauline McLynn) with the knowledge that she’s a killer.

Of all the characters whose hands this secret could have fallen into, Megan’s are by far the worst.

How far will Maggie go to protect the truth? And how far will Megan go to get Maggie off her back?
