Coronation Street star Sally Carman-Duttine has surprised fans with another hair transformation, returning to her roots after taking a break from her blonde locks last month.
The Abi Webster star has taken to Instagram to share the result of another hair appointment with her stylist, whom she dubbed “The Magician”. Only last month, the soap star turned her blonde tresses copper in a transformation that was appreciated by her followers and co-stars alike.
Now, Carman-Duttine has seemingly had a change of heart as a new post has confirmed she’s gone back to blonde “in a matter of hours”.

“From this point onwards I shall be referring to @leahrileyhair as ‘The Magician’,” Carman-Duttine wrote in the caption of her post, a side-by-side of her fiery red look and her current golden blonde do.
“She turned my bright, beautiful copper red hair back to blonde in a matter of hours. If you know anything about hair, you know this is no mean feat,” the soap star commented, adding: “I’m in awe of her wizardry and so, SO grateful!
Her Corrie co-star Vicky Myers, who plays Lisa Swain, reacted to the transformation, sharing compliments for the skilled hair colour technician and writing: “My goodness, you are blooming beautiful!!!”
Sally Metcalfe star Sally Dynevor responded with a string of love heart emojis, while Toyah Battersby actor Georgia Taylor also commented on the hairstylist’s transformation, writing: “Oof she’s good.”
Maria Connor star Samia Longchambon also shared her reaction, calling Carman-Duttine “beauty” with a fire and a red heart emoji.

For quite some time, fans have been commenting on the star’s long blonde locks, a noticeable change from her short hairstyle she initially sported on the soap.
But now it seems Sally, who is beloved for her role as Abi Webster in the ITV serial drama, has chosen to return to a shorter look.
The actress shared a stunning selfie on Instagram on Saturday (October 5), where she showcased her fresh blonde cut, looking both revitalised and noticeably shorter after a salon visit. The post, which showed Sally smiling at the camera with her glossy lips and dressed in an autumnal roll neck beige top, was captioned: “Short and sweet. Thank you @leahrileyhair @greatlengthsuk for my new hair doooooo #hair #lessfaff #autumnalvibes.”
Sally’s Coronation Street colleagues were quick to praise her new look. Tina O’Brien (Sarah Platt) exclaimed: “You look flippin gorgeous,” prompting a playful response from Sally: “I’ll be over there if you carry on! ” complete with a heart eyes emoji.

Coronation Street’s Tanisha Gorey, who plays Asha Alahan, has praised a co-star as “The most beautiful.”
Jodie Prenger, the actress behind Glenda Shuttleworth, chimed in with “Stun-nin! ” while Sally Dynevor, known for her role as Sally Metcalfe, commented: “Gorgeous.”
Samia Longchambon, portraying Maria Windass, also added her voice, saying: “Totally beautiful.”
This comes after Sally took a break from the UK for some rest and relaxation in Greece, following summer trips to Ibiza. She took to Instagram recently to post several snaps from her getaway, including one where she looked effortlessly chic in a white shirt, wide-leg trousers, and a straw hat, sipping on water indoors.
