
Coronation Street’s abusers continue their reigns of terror next week, causing spirits to break, families to crumble and desperate decisions to be made.
Next week shows that Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) is completely unwilling to let his boyfriend and victim, Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce), out of his monstrous grip and go even further to ensure they’re bound together forever, but with George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) deeply unsettled by what’s going on, can he save Todd from his bleak reality?
With the truth about Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon) finally exposed, Ben Driscoll (Aaron McCusker) and Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) struggle to hold their family together. With Will Driscoll (Lucas Hodgson-Wale) and Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) displaying the wounds of Megan’s evil, will any of them ever be the same?
Insidious stalker Mal Roper (Tim Treloar) continues his torment of Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove), knowing that he has her exactly where he wants her with the knowledge that Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) assaulted him. After turning up the heat by targeting Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin), Mal hits Bernie with a stomach-turning proposal. Will she agree to save her family?

Monday, March 23

After intentionally sabotaging Todd’s marathon preparation in yet another ploy to retain his grip on Todd, Theo runs the marathon in his place. When Todd wakes up, disorientated and humiliated, Theo seeks to comfort him.
Dev and Bernie return home and the holiday vibe is annihilated by Mal and his declaration that he intends to stick around the street.
Elsewhere, the Driscoll’s are divided as Will continues to defend Megan, which prompts a vicious reaction from Maggie (Pauline McLynn), while Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) attempts to stem the extreme loss of clientele by promising Annie (Marie Crutchley) a no win, no fee deal.
Tuesday, March 24

After George suggests to Todd that Theo might not be the man for him, he plays nice in Theo’s face when he swears to him and Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins that Todd’s happiness is his top priority and that he’s a changed man. His smile drops as Theo leaves and he explains the need to keep their enemy close to Christina, while Theo heads away to inform Gary Windass (Mikey North) of his plan to win Todd back.
Sam’s terror intensifies when Daniel urges him to tell the police everything he knows about Megan. A suspicious Hope Dobbs (Isabella Flanagan) warns him that Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) is probably working alongside Megan and to be wary.
Meanwhile, Bernie and Kit panic when Mal tells the police he’s had a flashback, Ben is crestfallen when the forensic analysis of Will and Megan’s phones provide no evidence, and Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) and Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) babysit Connie while enjoying a sofa snuggle.
Wednesday, March 25

As Dev is grilled by the police over the attack on Mal, an anxious Bernie tells Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) that Kit was behind the beating and she’s torn up over having to grass on her son to save her husband. While Kit promises her that the charge won’t stick on Dev, due to a lack of evidence, Bernie is sickened by a proposal from Mal.
Theo springs a surprise on Todd and leads him, blindfolded, to the the registry office. When Todd removes the blindfold, he finds Gary and Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) waiting. His jaw hits the floor as Theo produces two wedding rings, and informs Todd that they never cancelled their wedding and they could get married right now.
Also, Eva aches for Will when he reveals he’s become a laughing stock at school.
Thursday, March 26

Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) watches Bernie, deeply concerned as she makes her way to Mal’s hotel room, tentatively knocks on the door and enters. As Mal chillingly pats the bed next to him, Bernie is left with a grotesque predicament.
With Theo out for a run, George calls to see Todd. Upon his return and presuming Todd is in the bathroom, Theo spits out insults through the door. As Todd arrives home, having nipped out to get some tea bags, Theo pales as George emerges from the bathroom.
