OMG SHOCKING!!! Jasmine’s fate confirmed in EastEnders as the verdict is finally delivered

EastEnders killer Jasmine Fisher (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness) finally learns her fate next week as the verdict of her murder trial is delivered.
The teen has been banged up for murdering her birth father Anthony Trueman (Nicholas Bailey) in The Vic on Christmas Day for the past few months, having originally stood back and watched her birth mother Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) be locked up for her crime.
While Jasmine later confessed to killing Anthony, she maintained it was in self-defence, with video footage from her missing phone backing this up.
With the phone having since been found and handed into the police, Jasmine’s case finally goes to trial next week. Still, despite the new evidence, actress Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness reveals her character is ‘bracing herself for the worst-case scenario’.
‘She knows the truth about what happened and hopes others will believe her, but past experiences have taught her to be wary of hope,’ Indeyarna explains.
These fears are also shared with Jasmine’s lawyer Ritchie Scott (Sian Webber), who is concerned about the impact a statement from Anthony’s father Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) could have. So, Richie urges Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) to give a character statement in court, but she initially refuses.
However, Zoe’s fear that her newfound son Josh Goodwin (Joshua Vaughan) will leave Walford if his sister is found guilty pushes her to reconsider – although Kat worries that the pressure to defend Jasmine threatens her fragile bond with Zoe.

Meanwhile, Josh remains torn between Jasmine and Patrick, so he decides to visit his sister to get the truth, which shocks Jasmine, who has not seen her twin brother in over a decade.
‘When she finds out, it immediately fills her with fear and anxiety because she can’t predict how things will unfold,’ says Indeyarna. ‘Seeing him face to face again makes her realise just how long they have been separated for, and their reunion is overwhelming. She also worries that history might repeat itself,’ she adds cryptically.
It looks like fans will learn more about Jasmine’s mysterious upbringing when Kat meets with Josh’s adoptive mum Sandra (Dawn Steele) to quiz her on why she separated the twins.
‘Sandra and Josh will have their own memories and opinions about what happened, which worries Jasmine as she has no idea what they’ll be saying back in Walford,’ Indeyarna explains. ‘Their words could seriously damage her relationships with both sides of her family.’
