OMG SHOCKING!!! Coronation Street’s Todd realises Theo is a murderer in ITVX release

Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) has made a horrifying discovery about Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) in Coronation Street.
Beloved character Todd has been abused by partner Theo for months. His friends and family know he’s in some level of danger, but are struggling to help Todd due to the fact he’s still under his husband’s spell.
Todd has been brainwashed by Theo for so long, he now only ever focuses on trying to appease him, because he knows he will face violent consequences if not. To prove to Theo that he’s the only person who really matters, Todd accepted his idea to leave Weatherfield for Belfast.
A couple of days ago, Theo sensed that Todd’s friends were getting closer to the truth about him and told Todd that they could go to Belfast earlier than expected. In today’s instalment, they were busy packing up their things before their trip tomorrow.
When Todd nipped out, Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) arrived at the flat looking for him. She wanted to speak with him about her suspicions regarding Billy Mayhew’s (Daniel Brocklebank) death, but found Theo instead.
Summer asked Theo how he managed to move on after seeing Billy die in January. His deadpan expression and cold answer was more than enough to confirm Summer’s worry that Theo killed Billy.
After spying the suitcases, Summer met with Todd in the pub and gently put forward her theory about Theo being a murderer. When she commented on how she suspects Theo killed Billy, but she doesn’t know why, Summer spotted a deeply worried look on Todd’s face.
She managed to work out that Todd has reason to believe she is correct. He didn’t talk about the times Theo expressed his jealousy towards Billy, or the times he’s feared for his own life – but he didn’t need to.
Theo burst in and encouraged Todd back to the flat, leading to a heart-breaking moment where Summer and Todd were both aware Todd was walking back into a very dangerous situation.
In an attempt to save himself, Todd lied to Theo and claimed that Summer is really struggling after Billy’s death, and wants to stay in Weatherfield to look after her. Todd told Theo to go to Belfast, and he’d eventually meet him there.
