Sister Wives star Kody Brown has always been in love with Robyn Brown’s expensive mansion. He
preferred to live in it because of all the luxuries it had to offer, including its hot tub.
Hence, the celeb weakened his relationship with his other wives just for the sake of having a comfortable
life in his fourth wife’s expensive house.
However, now it appears that Kody is finally giving up on his lavish lifestyle for the sake of fulfilling another dream-Coyote Pass!
Some eagle-eyed users recently noticed some shocking clues which hinted at Kody and Robyn’s move to their family property. Is this true? Is Coyote Pass finally happening?
Sister Wives: Kody & Robyn Planning To Move To Coyote Pass After Selling Flagstaff Home?
Sister Wives stars Kody and Robyn Brown have finally decided to sell their beloved Flagstaff house. They recently listed it on a real estate site for $1.65 million! Hence, the couple has clearly made up their mind to give away their 2-acre property.
While viewers have been tossing different theories behind this move, the majority of them are convinced that this noted couple is planning to move to Coyote Pass now.
Kody had always dreamed of living on the property with his four wives. Though there is a shift in the plot as he is left with only one wife, he still can fulfill his dream.
Moreover, this could actually be a practical decision. Kody and Robyn could cut the cost of maintaining their luxurious house and could use the money from their Flagstaff home to build their family property.
As per the current scenario, Robyn and Kody are the greatest shareholders of Coyote Pass, as they got Christine’s land as well. Hence, they could enjoy their five parcels of land.
Even none of the other Sisters Wives stars, Christine, Janelle, and Meri, ever plan to build on Coyote Pass in the near future. It would be a great decision for them to move to their family property, but these are mere speculations, and viewers are waiting for the stars to confirm this.
Sister Wives: What Is The State Of Coyote Pass In 2024?
As per the current scenario, none of the Sister Wives stars live on Coyote Pass. They haven’t built anything on it and aren’t even planning to do so. Christine had already washed her hands of it when she left Kody.
She made deeds equal by keeping her house’s funds and giving her portion to Kody Brown. Hence, she is out of the film when it comes to the family property.
Then comes Janelle Brown, who is currently focusing on moving on from Garrison Brown’s death. She has already bought land in North Carolina and is paying attention to it.
Even Meri Brown also confirmed that Coyote Pass was the last thing she was thinking of. She is busy with the renovations of her Lizzie Heritage Inn and is happy in her life.
However, InTouch recently revealed that Kody and Robyn owe $539.24, $890.15 and $1,292.42 in late property taxes.
So, it appears that the couple would perhaps have to clear the taxes before they start their happily ever after on the land. It surely would be interesting to watch if these two would actually move to the Coyote Pass or not.
