Emmerdale Soap Scoop! Cain makes a move on Charity

Emmerdale‘s Graham Foster seriously loses his cool next week – after Kim Tate recruits bad lad Ross Barton to head up security at Home Farm, pitting the two men in direct competition.
Kim is determined to make life as uncomfortable as possible for Graham and knows that employing Ross as ‘Head of Operations’ is the perfect way to rattle him. And it doesn’t take long for the two alpha males to start butting heads, as Ross throws his weight around. But will Kim’s gamble pay off in the long term?
“Make no mistake, Kim will use every trick in the book to drive Graham out,” warns our Emmerdale insider. “Ross is the perfect tool in her armoury – he’s tough, cocky and more than willing to wind up Graham at every turn.

“There will be fireworks, but Kim better hope they don’t blow up in her face…”
The catalyst for their first confrontation is Ross flirting with Dawn Fletcher. As Joe’s right-hand man, Graham is quick to warn Ross to keep his distance – but his tough talk falls flat, as gleeful Ross is thrilled to see Graham getting agitated.

Instead, Ross takes great delight in reminding Graham that he’s Kim’s “extra muscle” – and she’s the only person he’ll take orders from.
It’s round one to Ross in his battle with Graham, but both men have proved time and again that they are willing to do whatever it takes to win.
“Ross is much more of a wild card than Graham – he’s dangerously spontaneous, fearless and has youth on his side,” continues our Dales source.
“But Graham’s past as a member of the Army’s elite SAS squad makes him a seriously tricky opponent. It’s hard to know who would come out on top if these two men did go to war with each other.”
For now, Kim’s strategy seems to be working, as Ross’s arrival has gotten under Graham’s skin. However, while she’s hell-bent on bringing down her ex-husband, Kim’s not thinking about what putting Ross in the middle of her family estate could mean for the rest of them.
He’s already flirting with Dawn and causing a ruckus in the ranks, and that’s just in week one of his new job. What sort of trouble will Ross bring to Home Farm’s door, and will Kim live to regret using him to get to Graham?
