Now that Molly had no choice but to fill Cody in on her endometriosis, she let him know what the condition truly means for their relationship on the March 16, 2026 episode of General Hospital.Molly Tells Cody She Can’t Have Children
Cody (Josh Kelly) has been nothing but a sweet, caring boyfriend from the second he found out about Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) endometriosis. Despite not knowing what the condition was, he did his research, talked to some confidantes, and showed up with a gift basket full of everything one would need during an endo flare-up.
It was the sweetest gesture; one that was met with Molly’s heartbreak. She was certain her condition would end their relationship, but decided to tell Cody exactly what endometriosis is, and how it will impact their future. But after revealing her condition prevents her from having children, Cody decided he’d rather be a fun uncle if it means being with Molly.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a soap without a little drama. Down the line, Molly could decide to undergo surgery for her endometriosis, or maybe Cody will decide he wants kids after all. And we all know how well that turned out the first time Molly had a surrogate.

Kristina wasn’t in the episode, and that’s because her portrayer Kate Mansi was behind the camera. This marks the second GH episode Mansi has directed, and this one was for a special reason.
Mansi has been open about her endometriosis for years, revealing she froze her eggs after her diagnosis. March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, the perfect time to shed some light on the condition on daytime.
General Hospital spoilers for March 17 tease that things may turn unlucky for Ric (Rick Hearst) when Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) addresses their future. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) warned her about rekindling things with him, and maybe that was because he sees his own future with her.
