BREAKING NEWS!!! EastEnders confirms evil Eddie’s grim plan for George

Things take another dark turn in EastEnders tonight, as Eddie Knight’s true intentions become even clearer, and it looks like George could be walking straight into a nightmare.
After everything that’s come out recently, you’d think George Knight (Colin Salmon) would want nothing more to do with his dad. But in true soap fashion, it’s never that simple. Still trying to process Eddie’s shock confession and supposed apology, George decides to head back to the hospital to see him again.
Meanwhile, things are already tense at home. Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) gets a bombshell phonencall from her accountant, who reveals serious issues with her finances. It doesn’t take long for her to realise something isn’t right, ad she quickly turns her attention to Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway)
Cornered, Harry admits he’s been secretly moving money around in a desperate attempt to keep the restaurant afloat. Nicola is furious, and in the heat of the moment, she accidentally reveals that George is planning to see Eddie again. Not exactly what Gina Knight (Francesca Henry) wants to hear, especially given everything Eddie has done in the past.
Over at the hospital, George is faced with a very different version of his dad. Eddie appears frail and struggling, needing help with basic things like eating. For a moment, it seems to soften George, who steps in to help him, a stark contrast to the anger he’s been holding onto.

Unsurprisingly, that doesn’t go down well. George snaps, making it crystal clear that Eddie won’t be coming anywhere near him or his kids.
Back at home, Nicola is still reeling from the financial chaos but keeps quiet when George returns, clearly shaken by what’s happened. Instead, she makes a bold move of her own and goes to see Eddie behind George’s back.
At first, she doesn’t hold back, warning him to stay away from their family for good. But the conversation quickly takes a turn when Eddie reveals he has money, a detail that clearly catches Nicola’s attention.

With pressure mounting, Nicola makes a drastic decision and decides to sell Harry’s barn. A desperate Harry pleads with her to reconsider, insisting that running it is the only thing keeping him sober. But Nicola, clearly feeling backed into a corner, isn’t easily swayed but feels guilt for her son.
Nicola returns to the hospital and strikes a deal with Eddie. She tells him to sign his money over to her, and shockingly, he agrees. But there’s a condition attached.
Eddie wants to move in with them.
