OMG SHOCKING!!! EastEnders’ Max and Cindy are caught out – as another romance theory emerges

EastEnders’ Cindy Beale and Max Branning’s romance didn’t manage to stay secret for long, as the new couple got rumbled by Lauren and Peter Beale tonight. After they were involved in last week’s dramatic car crash, sparks flew between former enemies Cindy and Max.

The new couple went on their first date on last night’s episode and things went very well, as tonight (April 28) they were all over each other in Lauren and Peter’s house.

When the pair heard Lauren about to enter, Max pushed Cindy into the downstairs cupboard, despite her being the one who actually lives at Number 25.

Max explained that he had come to look for a log book for one of their cars but when Lauren called him out for behaving strangely he lied and said he’d seen a rat and had trapped it in the downstairs cupboard.

Lauren then ran out of the house, with Max following her.

Later Cindy met Max in the Square and she scolded him for leaving her locked in the cupboard. Cindy told Max she didn’t want to be his “dirty little secret,” while he told her they were just going to have to be more careful.

At the car lot, Max caught Priya arguing with a customer who had wasted her time. In the office Priya pleaded with Max to keep her job, saying it was now her family’s only source of income.

When Max said Ravi must have some money stashed away, Priya admitted that he had ended their relationship when she went to visit him in the mental health unit.

Max said that Ravi obviously “had a screw loose,” for dumping her and then offered her paid time off while she sorts out her family issues.

Later Max went to see Cindy at home to apologise, telling her that they would go public with their relationship when the time was right.

But not long after, they were caught in the act by Lauren and Peter who had come home from the pub early.

While Lauren was livid, Peter was more understanding saying that it wasn’t a big deal.

When Lauren asked if they were serious about each other, Max said “yes” and Lauren would have to get used to them being together.

With Max and Cindy now seriously dating, does that mean Cindy is the woman he’s marrying on New Year’s Day?

But even more intriguing is the identity of the pregnant woman in Max’s bed during the New Years flashfoward. Could the concern Max showed for Priya tonight blossom into something more?
