Emmerdale Soap Scoop! Kim is poisoned
Emmerdale has released some first-looks clip of Kim Tate’s poisoning story ahead of next week’s episodes, as a truce dinner between the villain and the Dingle family results in Kim collapsing.
The events of the dinner lead to a new whodunnit mystery, and with Kim having such a long list of enemies, it really could be anyone.

The first clip, from the Monday, 30 March, episode, sees Kim getting ready for dinner where she hopes to “broker something that resembles peace,” with Gabby Thomas and Graham Foster offering their opinions on if it’s a good idea or not.
Gabby thinks things couldn’t possibly go that wrong, while Graham notes that the Dingles have their knives out for her, and all she is doing is “picking [her] poison”.
Gabby rolls her eyes at his warning, adding a nice bit of irony to the foreshadowing.
The Wednesday episode clip sees Liam Cavanagh and Chas Dingle in the pub discussing how they reckon the dinner is going, with Chas stating that she’s less worried about “Terminator” Kim and more concerned about her own family at each other’s throats.

But then Billy Fletcher gets a call about the poisoning and tells the couple about it, and Chas immediately plans to round up the troops.
But Chas is going to have her work cut out for her, as the Dingles start pointing fingers and accusing each other of being the one to poison Kim.
“Graham, armed with his intel, turns up and announces that there’s a poisoner in the midst – and that he intends to root them out,” explains our Emmerdale source.
“Everyone knows Lydia is Kim’s best mate, so she’s immediately exonerated, but Sam is very much in the frame. That’s because he was the one who foraged the mushrooms used – on Cain’s orders – prompting Sam to accuse his brother of trying to kill Kim.”
