NEXT PLOT EastEnders murder trial date confirmed – and it’s just days away as shock bisexual love triangle kicks off
THE trial date for one of EastEnders’ most shocking murders has been set.
Fans of the BBC soap opera will be able to see Anthony Trueman’s killer take the stand in upcoming scenes on the show.

He was killed on Christmas Day – with his death initially believed to be connected to both Zoe and Kat Slater.
However, it was later revelaed that his biological daughter Jasmine Fisher was the one responsible.
Now, she will be trying to prove she killed her father in self-defence.
In new spoilers for the show, it has been confirmed that the trial will kick off in Tuesday April 7’s episode.

The final verdict will be delivered days later on Thursday.
It comes amid a twist that could have huge ramifications for Jasmine’s trial.
Her phone contained a video of Anthony attacking her earlier in the day on the day of his death.
The Slater clan hoped this would help prove that she retaliated in self-defence, with Oscar Branning quick to update Jasmine on the development.
As well as her murder trial looming, Jasmine has also unwittingly found herself locked in a bisexual love triangle with her own twin brother.
Having began a romance with Oscar, his wandering eye has moved across to her twin Joshua and the pair have begun to get down and dirty.
Jasmine is none the wiser that both she and her brother have been bedding the same guy.
Josh and Oscar ended up sharing a passionate kiss in The Albert after a night of flirting.
The next morning, they woke up together after spending the night together.
Fans have been loving the unexpected pairing, taking to social media to share their reactions to the latest love triangle.
One wrote: “Oscar has soo much more chemistry with Josh then he ever did with Jasmine. I wish for once no hearts get broken here! #eastenders.”
