Emmerdale Soap Scoop! Cain makes a move on Charity
Emmerdale‘s Tracy Robinson has some explaining to do next week, when her sister Vanessa Woodfield confronts her after making a surprise discovery. Vanessa has supported her sibling since the revelations about Nate’s death at the hands of killer John Sugden, which left Tracy distraught.
Flushing John’s ashes down the toilet was meant to give Tracy some closure, but she’s still struggling in the wake of Nate’s gruesome demise.

There are memories everywhere she turns, so Tracy wonders whether it’s time for a change of scenery. After receiving a job offer that could take her away from the village, Tracy sees it as a sign it’s time to move on – at least for a while.
When Vanessa gets wind of her sibling’s plans, though, she realises Tracy hasn’t been entirely honest about her future. The duo often act as confidantes to each other, so it’s a surprise that Tracy has been holding back.
Feeling guilty after being caught out in a lie, will Tracy come clean about her move? And where does this leave Vanessa?

Emmerdale fans have already seen the early clues to this storyline, as Tracy has been receiving some mysterious phone calls in recent episodes.
It’s no secret that Tracy will soon be disappearing from the village for a while, as Amy Walsh – who plays her – is currently on maternity leave.

In September last year, Amy announced that she’s expecting another child with her husband Toby-Alexander Smith, who previously starred on EastEnders. The couple already have a 4-year-old daughter Bonnie.
At Christmas, the pair shared the sex of their second child, confirming that they’re expecting another girl.
Amy finished filming on Emmerdale last month, marking the occasion by posting a picture on Instagram showing the entrance to the show’s studios in Leeds. She captioned the post: “Last day!”
More details about Tracy’s job offer and future plans will be revealed on screen over the next few days.
