Jasmine Fisher (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness) landed on Albert Square like a nuclear bomb, proving to be EastEnders’ most dramatic arrival in years.
The secret daughter of Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) and Anthony Trueman (Nicholas Bailey), the former of which believing she’d died at birth and the latter having no idea she existed, arrived for one reason: to terrorise the mum who’d left her behind at the hospital.
Allied with uber-bitch, Chrissie Watts (Tracy-Ann Oberman), Jasmine waged a fierce campaign against Zoe, almost destroying the entire Slater clan.
While she found time to bring Oscar Branning (Pierre Counihan-Moullier) to his knees amid her stalking, everything came to a head on Christmas Day, where Jasmine finally revealed herself to a horrified Zoe, shortly after killing Anthony, then letting her mum take the fall for the crime.

Though she killed him in self defence, the video which serves as her only evidence is on her phone; a phone that ended up in the hands of recent enemy Max Branning (Jake Wood) and later fellow enemy, Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) and she’s found herself locked up in the same prison that Zoe spent so long in.
In her absence, though, her twin brother, Josh (Joshua Vaughan) has picked up her mantle as the Slater/Trueman bombshell, making his own presence known in Walford.
When Kim and Denise Fox (Tameka Empson and Diane Parish) get wind of the arrival of Sandra Goodwin (Dawn Steele), they ultimately discover Josh and set to work bringing him together with his paternal grandad, Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker).

Next week sees Josh finally attend dinner with the Trueman family and although things are difficult to begin with, he eventually forms the beginnings of a bond with his grandad.
The new found harmony is disrupted, though, when Zoe rocks up demanding to see her son. Josh, still completely unwilling to break bread with his birth mum refuses, though, and Zoe is turfed out by Sandra.
Later on, with some encouragement from sister, Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa), Oscar acts on the undeniable chemistry between he and Josh, and after a drink at the Albert, the two find themselves tumbling into bed together.

As Sandra meets Josh in the Square the next morning, the two cross with Zoe yet again, who’s on her way to visit Jasmine. Despite her concern for her struggling daughter, Zoe pleads for a chance with her son.
As Josh softens and the group head to the Vic, Zoe forgets about her visit as the ice melts between her and Josh and she’s utterly overjoyed when he agrees to return the next day for a meal with both the Slater and Trueman families.
Later, a distraught Jasmine calls to find out why Zoe no-showed. When Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace) fills her in on what’s happened, Jasmine is badly stung and tells Kat to pass Zoe a message: she’s going to plead guilty to murder.
