Friday’s episode picks up on the morning after Mack and John’s deadly showdown. With the new episode streaming now, here’s a quick look at what to expect, with six new spoilers…
1. Charity struggles without Mack
Now regretting the argument she had with Mack earlier in the week, Charity is distraught that her estranged husband seems to be blanking her.
In the back room of The Woolpack, Charity confides in Chas about how she poured her heart out to Mack over the phone – and heard nothing in response.
While Charity believes this was a snub, viewers know that Mack was in no position to respond to her thanks to John’s sinister acts…
2. Aaron is alone with John
While Aaron and John left the village together in last night’s episode, there’s no break in their storyline.
Instead, we see the couple’s time away at a remote holiday location. While John enjoys being alone with Aaron, his other half is slightly unsettled by their surroundings – not least because of the creepy dolls dotted around the cottage! The eerie atmosphere creates the perfect location for some high drama to come over the next few weeks…
3. Aaron finds something disturbing
And no, we don’t just mean the creepy dolls…
After appearing to move Mack’s body from the back of his van, John gets to work on a clean-up operation to get rid of all the other evidence.
These efforts could be thwarted, though, as Aaron spots blood inside the vehicle, which John had carelessly missed. Is there any way John can explain it?
4. A text message leaves Charity shocked
Will it provide any firm answers – or is John playing more tricks?
5. The farming war continues
Tensions continue to rise between the Tates, the Dingles and the Sugdens as they clash over farmland in the local area.
Joe makes another attempt to sway Robert to his way of thinking, still hoping they can strike a deal, while a battle of dirty (and petty) tricks soon plays out between the rival landowners.
Meanwhile, Celia remains a secret spy who could destroy Moira’s new alliance with the Sugdens. But is she already regretting her union with Joe?
6. Someone is watching Belle and Kammy
Belle and Kammy continue to enjoy each other’s company, but Gabby isn’t happy as she witnesses their flirtation.
Still under the mistaken impression that Kammy attacked Vinny, a seething Gabby considers warning Belle that her new love interest can’t be trusted. Will she meddle, even though it’d be against Vinny’s wishes?
