Why Isn’t A New Episode Of Sister Wives On Sunday, 12/22?
Sister Wives has been a Sunday night staple since it returned in September 2024. Love it or hate it, it is a trainwreck that cannot be looked away from. Season 19 has shown Janelle Brown finally telling Kody Brown that she had no plans of reconciling.
More so, her children are adamant they do not need to speak or be around Kody and his last remaining wife, Robyn. He cannot own up to his mistakes therefore what is left to be said or done? All Janelle wants is to be bought out of Coyote Pass so she can move on with her life and buy new land with her daughter.
Meri Brown finally got the courage and strength to leave Flagstaff but more than that, she got a church release. Therefore, she is not beholden to Kody for eternity and can move on peacefully.
She has new friends viewers have never seen and it is an experience. Christine Brown Woolley had a wedding special at the end of Season 18 but now fans are seeing the whole courting process between her and David Woolley. It is tedious for some but that is part of the show and their real lives.
Lastly, Robyn Brown is in a monogamous marriage with Kody and that is hard for her. She had no idea this was how her life would be when Sister Wives began in 2010. She and Kody are on their own but now she is dealing with her daughters, Aurora and Breanna wanting to explore churches.
There’s a lot of good and bad happening but it won’t be going on this week as the show is on hiatus. This is likely due to the impending holiday. So, what will air in its place and when will it return?
A Break & A Pillow Talk
Sister Wives will be on a hiatus but it is very brief and will only last one week. The show will be back with a new episode on December 29th. So, what will be airing in its place? A new episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days Pillow Talk will be on in its timeslot.
Usually, it goes Before the 90 Days, Sister Wives, and then Pillow Talk but this week, it will just be on an hour earlier. When fans learned about this delay, they started a Reddit thread to share how they would fill their time:
- Watch YouTube clips of past episodes, and take a shot every time Robyn cries or Kody talks about his hair. You’ll be plastered inside of an hour.
- Chew without closing your mouth. Talking while eating. Use big words incorrectly
- Fall in love, buy a house and plan a wedding – plenty of time before next ep
- Maybe forget about the Brown Family Circus for a while and enjoy your holiday?
