While speaking to New! magazine, Claire said: “Oh I’m very happy.
“I don’t know much about the cuts or what’s going on. I’m just happy.”

But although the soap has seen multiple stars either quit or be shown the door in the last few months, Claire is feeling positive.
She added: “I love my job, simple as that. I still look forward to going to work.
“As long as I keep that love and passion, it keeps me alive and fresh. It doesn’t feel like work.”

This means that a number of stars have either been axed from or have abandoned the long-running serial drama.
Episodes of Coronation Street have also been slashed to five, 30-minute instalments a week, rather than six.
Sister soap Emmerdale has also had its number of weekly episodes cut.
TV’s Managing Director of Media and Entertainment Kevin Lygo said: “This new commissioning pattern will mean five hours of soaps a week, rather than the current six.
“We are conscious this will have an impact for the people who work on the soaps team.
“We will support our colleagues in ITV Studios as they work through these changes, and will do what we can to mitigate the impact on our people.”
