Coronation Street newcomers Lou and Mick Michaelis will be making more enemies as they disrupt the memorial for Daisy Midgeley’s baby.
In scenes airing next week, Daniel Osbourne suggests that they could organise a memorial for the baby.
Earlier on, Daisy was involved in the hit David Platt had ordered on his own life to get the insurance money and pay back Harvey Gaskell. She was injured in the hit-and-run and sadly lost the baby, who was revealed to be DC Kit Green’s.
In the new episode, Daisy listens to Daniel’s suggestion that having a memorial for the baby could help her grieve and come to terms with her loss.
She tells Kit about their idea, but he seems disinterested.
Later on, Daisy, her stepmum Jenny Connor and Daniel gather in the Rovers’ backyard, where they light candles and reflect on the loss of Daisy’s baby.
The respectful atmosphere turns chaotic when new neighbours Mick and Lou blunder in from the ginnel, leaving Daisy fuming.

Billed as “nightmare neighbours” when they made their cobbles debut in February, Mick and Lou have a connection to Kit and might expose his secretive past.
Warning the residents of Weatherfield that they should watch their backs, Coronation Street‘s producer Kate Brooks said: “Chaotic and loud, Mick and Lou bulldoze their way into Weatherfield, causing absolute carnage for the residents of Coronation Street.”
“Their relationship is volatile, to say the least, but at the heart of it lies a fierce sense of family loyalty, and woe betide anyone who tries to come between them,” Brooks added.
“Although they’re the life and soul of any party, they’re equally not everyone’s cup of tea, and they soon find themselves at the root of some explosive drama.”
