EastEnders’ Ravi Gulati is arrested next week – after Nicola Mitchell tips the police off to his sinister schemes.

This week, viewers have seen Harry begin working for Ravi, carrying out dodgy deliveries to pay back a debt, after the drugs Ravi was hiding in the garage went missing.

Ravi used his associate Okie to threaten Harry with violence if he didn’t follow orders, so he has had no choice but to do exactly as Ravi says.

Harry has also recently moved in with mate Kojo, though George is concerned about their close friendship. He has reason to be concerned, as Ravi demanded that they secretly store illegal goods in Kojo’s flat without his knowledge.

When overbearing mum Nicola steals her son’s phone next week, she’s surprised to discover that Harry has started working for Ravi. Disapproving, Nicola decides to put a stop to her son’s dabble with drug dealing.

“Nicola tips off Jack to an upcoming deal, leading to the arrest of Ravi and Okie,” explains our Walford insider. “Given everything she’s been up to recently, Nicola’s hardly one to preach about staying on the straight and narrow – talk about hypocritical.”

At the station, calm Ravi remains tight-lipped during questioning. Despite angry protests from the Panesar family, the police burst into No.41 and ransack the place on a desperate hunt for evidence of Ravi’s dodgy business.

Eager to help her ex, Priya teams up with Harry to smuggle drugs out of one of Ravi’s properties – and unexpectedly, Kojo offers to help.

“It was only a couple of weeks ago that Kojo refused to be in the same room as drugs and flushed an expensive stash down the toilet,” our source reminds us, “but now he’s involved in their transport.

“It seems as though Harry isn’t the good influence on his new best mate that everyone thinks he is.”

With the police watching Ravi’s every move, could this mark the end of his criminal career? And perhaps even the start of unsuspecting Kojo’s?
