A FORMER Emmerdale actress is making a return to soap in just days – months after being axed from the Dales.
Daisy Campbell, who played Amelia Spencer on the ITV soap opera, will be back on screens this weekend.

The actress, 21, will be joining the cast of BBC medical soap Casualty this Saturday.
In surprise news, it has been confirmed that the star will take on a guest role during this weekend’s episode.
She will play the role of Georgina Birch in the programme.
Her character and plot details are being kept a closely guarded secret until the episode airs.
It marks her first big-screen role since her Dales departure last year.
Daisy was axed from her role after 13 years after being left without any family or connections in the Emmerdale village.
Her on-screen father had been jailed after becoming a one-punch killer with her daughter’s dad, Samson, also sent to prison for assault.
Speaking about her then-impending exit last year, Daisy told The Mirror: “It wasn’t my choice to leave Emmerdale and it was a shock at first.
“Being in Emmerdale is all I have ever known.
“I’ve spent the whole of my childhood growing up in the soap and it felt daunting.”

Bosses gave their decision to the actress last May and she needed time to “grieve” before she officially announced her departure in October 2024.
