Max Parker and Kris Mochrie – who played brothers Luke and Lee Posner in the ITV soap – have revealed their wedding date, following their engagement in 2022.
Max posted a romantic picture of the husbands-to-be on his stories, looking especially dapper in their tuxedo’s with the caption: ‘7 days and we’re married’
He followed it up with another snap of the two clinking wine glasses before a romantic roaring fire pit, adding: ‘1 week til we get HITCHED!’
The wedding follows the Max popping the question to his partner Kris against the backdrop of a beautiful, blue ocean on a beach. He captured a video of the moment and uploaded it to Instagram for fans to revel in the romance of it all.
The pair previously confirmed their wedding date in 2024 and excitement is clearly ramping up as the date draws near.
Max and Kris met briefly on the set of Emmerdale, despite never having shared the screen and, following a holiday to Dubai, have gone from strength to strength as a couple.
Kris’ played evil Lee Posner on Emmerdale, who raped Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) and later met a sticky end at the hands of Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley).
Max’s character Luke later developed a relationship with Victoria upon the death of his brother.
Though things started out well for the pair, it became apparent that Luke was internally struggling with his sexuality.
