Sister Wives has been on the air for years, and over the past few seasons, we’ve seen several new cast members join the OGs. Especially after Kody’s divorce from his three wives, they’ve moved on to different aspects of their lives. Meri, Janelle, and Christine are meeting new people and embracing new beginnings. However, fans love the bond between Meri and her best friend, Jenn. The latter has helped her recognize her worth and not settle for less.

Even in Season 19, we saw how Jenn supported Meri and helped her realize Robyn’s true colors. She also showed her what true friendship and a genuine bond look like. However, things aren’t going well in Jenn’s life right now. Meri recently shared a major update about her best friend and posted a picture with Jenn, who frequently appears on the show. Jenn enjoys a happy, monogamous marriage and wishes the same joy for her best friend, Meri. So, what tragedy has struck their lives?

Sister Wives: Meri’s Dating Life!

If you have watched Sister Wives long enough, you will know that in between, fans believed that Meri was dating her best friend, Jenn. At that point, we didn’t have much information about Jenn’s personal life, so fans assumed they were together. Moreover, people often spotted the duo together, which fueled the rumors even more.

However, Meri recently revealed that she is finally dating someone. She didn’t reveal the identity of her boyfriend, but it was good to hear that she is finally moving on in life. Meri also shared that she is a big believer in chivalry and wants to receive princess treatment from her better half. She likes to do things the traditional way and wants the same from her partner.

A few days ago, Meri shared a stunning picture with her best friend, Jenn. In the photo, they wore matching red hoodies. They beamed at the camera and looked happy together. Jenn captioned the post, “Bitchcraft: The art of pissing people off while smiling sweetly.” The photo spoke volumes about their bond, and fans showered love and blessings on Meri.

They felt very happy to see that the duo was finally doing well in life and had found genuine bonds. However, a few days later, Jenn revealed on a social media platform that her partner, Shawn, was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer. A photographer captured the moment when they smiled brightly at the camera on their 19th anniversary, just before Shawn started his treatment for sarcoma.

It is a rare and aggressive cancer, but Shawn is determined to heal. Jenn further revealed that since February, he has undergone five weeks of radiation and had two major surgeries. Doctors removed his third tumor surgically, which had grown unnoticed just outside the radiation area. He is healing, and although the process is long and painful, he is gradually gaining back his strength.

Jenn is definitely going through a difficult time, but she remains hopeful and optimistic that everything will work out in her favor. Moreover, Meri is standing beside her best friend.
