She listed the property for sale a long time ago. Sadly, the reality TV star struggled with the property because of the incident that happened at home. Janelle listed the property at $425,000 in September 2024.

She reduced the price to $389,900. The reality TV star slashed the prices twice to find a buyer. Fans have been waiting to know whether Garrison’s mom has managed to sell his home.

Recently, The US Sun revealed that the property is listed as “under contract” after dropping the prices by $35,000. Janelle also has a real estate license. So, she has experience in buying and selling properties. She must have reduced the prices to attract potential buyers.
