“Absolutely worth the wait,” Madison Brush wrote on Instagram on March 15, after announcing the birth of her newborn daughter.
The “Sister Wives” star and her husband, Caleb Brush, became parents of four on Friday, March 14.
“Miss Emilia Estelle Brush has finally made her grand entrance,” Madison Brush continued. The little girl joins her siblings, Axel, 7, Evie, 5, and Josephine, 2.
In the comment section, a fan was quick to note that Emilia Estelle’s name was likely an homage to Madison Brush’s late brother, Garrison Brown.
“That is exactly what it is,” Madison Brush replied.
“That’s so beautiful,” other noted after learning the meaning behind Emilia Estelle’s name.
“That’s so lovely, congratulations to you and your family,” noted another fan.
“That’s so special,” said one more.
Brown died in March 2024. He was 25 years old.

Madison Brush shared a tribute to Brown on March 5, nine days before Emilia’s birth.
“A whole 365 days without you. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss you, Garrison. In the quiet moments between the noise of life, I think of you often. I hope and pray you’ve found peace, rest, and the comfort that eluded you here. Until we meet again, little brother.”
As Madison Brush continued in her birth announcement, she noted that her “sweet girl took her time, keeping us all in suspense, but when she decided it was time—she didn’t waste a second. Born on 3/14, she arrived absolutely perfect.”
“We are completely smitten with our newest little love,” she concluded her note.
In another special family connection, Emilia also shares a birthday with her aunt, Madison Brown’s sister, Aspyn Thompson.
