Sister Wives star, Maddie Brown Brush is revealing how her fourth daughter’s name is a tribute to her late brother, Garrison Brown. Garrison passed away in March 2024 and the family has been struggling with his passing ever since. Yet, Maddie was able to honor her brother through her latest addition. Maddie Brown Reveals How Daughter’s Name Is Tribute To Garrison

When Garrison Brown passed away in March 2024, the Sister Wives family was shattered. They all gathered together to honor him but the hole never left their hearts. Since he passed from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, his sister, Maddie Brown Brush spoke openly about mental health. She wanted to ensure that his legacy was kept alive but that no one else suffered as he did. It was hard to find a new normal but she tried very hard and eventually shared that she was expecting her fourth child. Garrison loved being an uncle and was great to her oldest kids, Axel and Evie K.

Maddie gave birth to her third child, daughter Joey, in early 2023. Then, she announced that she was expecting baby number four and shared it was another girl. She and her family were thrilled but the baby did not want to come. At forty-one weeks pregnant, Maddie made a quick video giving an update as to where the baby stood. She revealed she had one more appointment the following week and did not want to go beyond forty-two weeks. On March 14th, Emilia Estelle arrived but it seems her name is a tribute to Garrison.

Sister Wives fans quickly noticed that Estelle means star in Latin. They immediately believed that was a nod to Garrison and his love for stargazing:

Although she is only a few days old, Sister Wives fans already love Emilia and her special name. They loved seeing Caleb and Maddie Brown Brush’s latest creation and had nothing but support. More so, they adored how she honored Garrison:
