However, TLC opened up about his emotions and mental state for the first time in the latest interview with People.
Recently, he confessed about the work he had been doing to heal after the back-to-back breakups. The TLC star said, “It’s a journey that goes inward and it’s a journey that’s outward.” Kody went ahead to explain the need to express forgiveness and understanding with the people he has been involved with.
He hoped to have a friendship and a loving kind of relationship with each other in the future as a family. The TLC star also reminded the connection that still exists between him and his exes. He stated, “Because we’re bound forever through our kids.” Kody Brown didn’t feel shy to express that dealing with the divorce has been very painful for him.
Further, he added, “Really I just look forward to a future of a lot of forgiving and a lot of … just more understanding.” The reality TV celeb expressed how divorces or family breakups destroy a person’s confidence.
But now he feels that a few things have happened recently that helped him in building his confidence back. However, he didn’t exactly reveal the reason that helped him in doing so.

Sister Wives star Kody Brown has never opened up about his feelings and emotional state after the multiple divorces. However, he decided to spill everything he had been experiencing since the family fallout. Kody stated it wasn’t a stereotypical depression as the family wasn’t the same anymore.
He went on to clarify that the family won’t be recovering from this easily. Further, the TLC star added, “I mean, it’s not clinical depression, but we’ve been a bit depressed about what the experience did.” Kody continued to explain that the family had been through a very hard experience.
