carcinoma. With only six months left to live according to his doctor, Ashland’s confession will deeply affect Victoria.

At the Chancellor mansion, Abby Newman is tirelessly seeking updates on Chance’s search. Abby will learn about a surgery that went awry in Vegas and frantically contact every hospital in town to find out if Chance is there. Her anxiety spikes at the thought of Chance being involved in a dangerous situation, but Nina Webster will remind her that the last known location of Chance was compromised. Despite Nina’s attempts to comfort Abby, the fear of Chance being hospitalized in critical condition looms large. Nina will urge Abby to hold onto hope and pray for Chance’s safe return to his family.

Abby’s hopes will momentarily lift when she hears Chance’s voice, only to realize it is distorted and filled with distress. The arrival of Lauren Baldwin could potentially stabilize the chaotic situation. Lauren will update Sally Spectra on her meeting with Tara Locke and warn that if Sally betrays Jack Abbott, she won’t let it slide. Lauren plans to uncover all of Sally’s secrets to protect Jack, believing Sally could easily turn against him.

Lauren will also blame Phyllis Summers for her recent troubles, accusing her long-time rival of wanting her to fail. Despite their ongoing feud, Lauren will argue that Phyllis never intended to ruin Sally’s career.

News of Summer Newman’s pregnancy might disrupt Tara Locke’s plans. Tara will have a heart-to-heart with Kyle Abbott about Ashland’s custody offer and express her lingering affection for him. Ashland regrets not being able to spend more time with Harrison, whom he sees as his own son. Meanwhile, Summer and Kyle will focus on building a home together.

Tara will admit to looking for a new place to live, realizing she can’t stay at the Abbott mansion forever. Jack will reassure Tara she can stay as long as needed, but Summer won’t be pleased with Tara’s plans to settle in town. Summer will be particularly annoyed if Tara keeps showing up at the Abbott mansion.
