Emmerdale fans are convinced that they have worked out who the new owner of Home Farm will be as they predict Kim Tate will be betrayed.
In the meantime, Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) and her son, Thomas (Bertie Brotherton), also departed Home Farm for a fresh start at Dale View with her fiancé, Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson)
Recently, Kim entered into a business arrangement with Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) after he proposed to purchase Moira Dingle’s (Natalie J Robb) land using a previous investment policy.
He also covertly pilfered Lewis Barton’s (Bradley Riches) cannabis crop and sold it to newcomer villain, Ray Walters (Joe Absolom).
Upon Moira accepting Robert’s offer, he promptly made his way to Home Farm, where it was disclosed that Kim had provided him with the funds to acquire the land.
