Coronation Street has confirmed a huge plot twist involving Millie Silverton’s pregnancy, and it changes everything.

Todd has grown increasingly concerned about his partner Theo’s welfare, who is continuing to hurt himself as he comes to terms with his sexuality.

But the pair have the added stress of Theo’s pregnant daughter Millie staying with them – and in today’s episode, Theo suggested to Millie that she sticks around a bit longer.

Todd had his doubts about this idea and privately told Billy that Theo is really struggling. Billy advised Todd to try and lighten Theo’s load, so Todd later suggested to Millie that she should go home to her mum.

To Todd’s relief, Millie agreed that this would be for the best and began packing her things. But when Theo arrived home, Millie lied and said that Todd told her she wasn’t welcome.

Aware that he is self-harming again, Millie told her dad that he should go home with her, and the pressure got too much for Theo.

His day got even worse when Billy and Summer broached the subject of conversation therapy in the Rovers, and Theo realised that Todd has been speaking about him to others.

Theo was naturally furious about Todd’s gossiping, so he returned home to confront him. It wasn’t long before Millie joined in the argument, telling Todd to back off as he’s responsible for her dad’s stress.

Millie later set out her intentions to Todd, making it clear that she wanted her dad back in the family home where he belongs.

But the lengths that Millie is willing to go to make this happen soon became clear. While on the phone to her brother, she ordered a fake pregnancy bump online – confirming that her pregnancy is a complete lie.

“I’m not a sicko,” she said, “just desperate to get our family back together.”
