The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) will go against Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case)

advice. When Faith suggested she should reach out to Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) and offer support, Sharon urged her to hold off

since the loss was still so fresh.Sharon obviously doesn’t want Faith any closer to the situation than she has to be. That’s partly because Sharon

still views Lucy as a threat and partly because of Sharon’s link to the demise of Lucy’s mom.

Sharon is working hard to cover up what really happened to Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom), so it’s easy to see why she’d want Faith as far away from the drama as possible.

Although Sharon was probably hoping to delay Lucy and Faith’s interaction far longer, Faith just won’t be able to stay away during the week of October 14-18.

It looks like Faith may stumble upon Lucy at Crimson Lights – or maybe she’ll summon Lucy there so they can talk.

Whatever the case, Y&R spoilers say Faith will wrap Lucy in a warm embrace and console her over the loss of Heather.

If there’s anything Faith can do to help, she’ll no doubt want to do it. Lucy may recall that Faith didn’t want a real friendship and ultimately remind her of that.

However, Faith may change her tune under the circumstances and insist they’re indeed friends.

Lucy could certainly use a pal to lean on right about now, so Faith will want to be that person for her.

Of course, trouble could be brewing if Sharon spies Faith giving Lucy a hug or at least hears about this encounter from Faith later.

Sharon may panic over Lucy and Faith bonding, so she might struggle to contain her uneasiness and weird Faith out.

Plus, there’s the potential for Lucy to complain to Faith about Sharon at some point – especially if Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei) gets arrested.

Lucy may realize Sharon’s statement to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) got the ball rolling on Daniel’s downfall and throw blame her way.

Maybe Lucy could even accuse Sharon of setting Daniel up, which is exactly what she’s doing.

Regardless, nothing good can come from Faith and Lucy’s connection as far as Sharon is concerned, so stay tuned for updates on all the chaos,
