After some unexpected discoveries, Abi concluded that the person responsible was Stefan – the father of the man who killed her boy.
Seb died in hospital because of catastrophic injuries after a hate crime attack by Corey and his gang.
Corey was jailed for murder, but Abi was recently left shaken when she switched the telly on to see her son’s killer being celebrated for his role in a basketball team behind bars.
She called the production company responsible for the documentary to make a complaint, only to discover that Corey’s dad is a board member there.

This set off alarm bells and she reported Stefan to the police under suspicion of having also created the deepfake raunchy videos to get revenge on her for his son being locked up.
Abi has been stressed in the lead up to the court case because another video started getting sent around of her husband supposedly breaking into Stefan’s office to get revenge.
According to Kevin the footage is just another deepfake, but it is unclear if he really did break into the building in the middle of the night.
If he has, when Stefan is hauled into the dock for questioning, this evidence can be used against Kevin – and by proxy, Abi.

The situation escalates when Abi is approached by a woman she doesn’t know at the garage where she works after the hearing.
She saw the woman arguing with Stefan in a corridor so it’s clear the two know each other somehow.
