General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) secret has officially fallen into the wrong hands. We all knew it was just a matter of

time until James West (Gary James Fuller) finally blabbed about what he overheard while hiding in the boathouse.

James eavesdropped on Willow telling Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that she felt guilty for kissing Drew, so that’s exactly what he told Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth).

Now Ned has a decision to make when it comes to how he’ll use this information to his advantage.

Ned has certainly been known to use secrets as leverage in the past, so it won’t be his first rodeo if he blackmails Drew.

In the September 26 episode, Ned basically acted like Drew was a total Quartermaine snake and urged Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) not to trust him.

However, Ned’s cruel Quartermaine side often comes out in situations like this, so he can’t really be trusted either!

It’s possible Ned will come clean to Michael at some point and gain a true ally against Drew.

If Ned wants to open Michael’s eyes to who Drew really is, the news of his kiss with Willow would take care of that.

Nevertheless, Ned also has to consider guilt-ridden Willow and the children she shares with Michael.

Blowing up Michael and Willow’s family isn’t a decision that Ned should take lightly.

Plus, there’d be more drama if Ned decided to blackmail Drew – at least for a while. Ned now has the perfect curveball to throw Drew’s way, so he might as well make the most of it.

This is a juicy secret that could derail multiple lives, so there’ll be a lot at stake if Ned updates Drew on his newfound knowledge and threatens him with it.

Ned will certainly want control of the ELQ throne without any more resistance.
