Emmerdale has hinted that Caleb Miligan could be responsible for Anthony Fox’s death next week.
Show bosses recently announced that Anthony will soon be killed off as revelations over his disturbing crimes spread around the village.
A recent flashback episode revealed that Anthony sexually abused his daughter Ruby when she was a teenager. Since then, it’s been confirmed that Anthony is the biological father of Ruby’s daughter Steph.
Friday’s episode saw Ruby’s husband Caleb desperately try to reconcile with her after discovering the truth about her traumatic past.
Caleb had kicked Ruby out of Mill Cottage after discovering that she’d arranged a DNA test, which confirmed that he wasn’t Steph’s biological father. The businessman reacted angrily at the time, as he assumed that Ruby had cheated on him and concealed the truth for 30 years.
Following an intervention from his sister Chas Dingle, who’d figured out what was really going on, Caleb learned the truth about Anthony abusing Ruby.
In emotional new scenes, Caleb welcomed Ruby back into their home and encouraged her to confide in him.
The couple were brought back together as Ruby broke down and discussed the past, relieved that she could finally be honest with her husband about everything.

Caleb promised to support Ruby in any way he could, but he seemed to have his own drastic ideas over how to deal with Anthony as he secretly received delivery of a gun.
Emmerdale has revealed that a gunshot is fired next week as Anthony’s crimes catch up with him. He’s later found dead by one of the villagers.
Caleb, Ruby, Cain, Chas, Aaron, Nicola and Laurel have been named as the main seven suspects in the mystery.
