EastEnders’ Priya Nandra-Hart is set to hold Nish Panesar captive in dramatic new scenes.

Priya has recently been cut adrift from her family, after Nish lied and said that she had convinced him to

sleep with her, even though she went back on their deal.

In scenes that will air next week, Nish continues to be showered with attention from Ravi and Vinny – though Vinny is secretly working with Suki.

Vinny is keen to get involved with a business deal, but he is sidelined by Nish. He vents his frustrations to Suki, who tells him to take bold action to gain his respect.

Taking her advice, Vinny gatecrashes Nish’s meeting at Walford East and he tries to impress his dad by charming the potential client.

But things soon go wrong when Priya shows up and disrupts the meeting with a brutal character assassination of Nish.

While the meeting is ruined, Vinny realises what he needs to do to win Nish’s trust, and he later decides to pack Priya’s things and throw her out.

Suki questions Vinny about what he is doing, but he is confident that his new plan will win Nish around – and sure enough, he is impressed when he tells him what he has done.

Meanwhile, Priya is desperate for any support from her family, but even her daughter Avani has turned her back on her, and she ends up going to Martin for help.

Searching for a lifeline, Priya wants to take Nugget to the hospital for his next dialysis session, but Ravi doesn’t allow this.

She doesn’t give up and works with Denzel to sneak into the hospital to support her son, but Ravi and Nish catch them and there is a big row.

Priya then thinks up a much more sinister plan, and lures Nish to the Minute Mart before handcuffing him when he arrives.

In a bid to rebuild her relationships with her family, Priya keeps him chained up and demands that he film a video where he takes back what he said about them sleeping together.

Will Nish tell the truth about what happened with Priya?

Nish also continues to scheme himself, as later in the week, Nish asks for Avani’s help to track down a woman online.

He claims that the person he is looking for is an old friend of Suki’s – but who really is this woman, and why does Nish want to get in touch?
