Lauren experiences withdrawal symptoms, but turns down the offer of more pills from Cindy. Peter rushes Lauren to hospital when her symptoms get worse. The couple
are relieved when a scan confirms that their baby is fine.
Later, Cindy is horrified to realise that Lauren was using the drugs while pregnant. She threatens to tell Peter the truth unless Lauren comes clean herself.
Meanwhile, the donor liver for Roman’s planned transplant is ruled not to be viable, but Martin agrees to step in when he’s told that he’s a match. Lily worries about the surgery, pointing out the implications for Martin’s other children if it goes wrong.
Later, Martin confides in Stacey about the operation and tries to kiss her.
