Heartbroken Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) seeks bitter revenge on cheating ex Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) in EastEnders this week, as she tries to sabotage his new limo venture.

Jean’s world was turned upside down last month when Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) revealed evidence of Harvey’s affair with Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) in front of a pub packed full of punters.

While Jean forgave Harvey’s betrayal, she was devastated when he ultimately chose Kathy and walked out on their relationship to be with the café owner.

Since then, Harvey and Jean’s relative Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) were tricked into going into business together, opening a new wedding limo company.

Their venture put Jean and Kat’s relationship on the line, as a wounded Jean publicly disowned Kat, before later reconciling.

But in scenes to air this week, Jean is furious when she reads press coverage of the business and the report refers to Kathy as ‘Mrs Monroe’.

When Harvey later dismisses her feelings on the matter, Jean decides to sabotage the limo business.

Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) later arrives to try and talk her down and promises to be there for Jean as she recovers from the break-up – but will his words be enough to stop Jean from going through with her plan?

However, Alfie later finds himself with another problem to contend with when he takes a call from Jean’s daughter Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) – is there more drama on the cards for the Slater-Moon clan?
