SHOCKING NEWS!! EastEnders fans ‘work out’ Drew Peacock’s real identity in family twist

EastEnders is set to be all aflutter with wedding fever as Elaine Peacock (played by

Harriet Thorpe) and George Knight (Colin Salmon) gear up for their big day, but

whispers are flying about whether an ex might crash the party.

In Thursday’s jaunt to Albert Square (November 14), The Queen Vic was buzzing with wedding prep as Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff) got tasked with organising the hen do. Meanwhile, Elaine was on a mission to get her hubby-to-be George to pop the question to Junior (Micah Balfour) about being his best man.

George, scared stiff that Junior would turn him down, didn’t have the bottle to ask him and instead roped in Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) for the gig. But it wasn’t long before Phil twigged that George was bottling up his real wishes about having Junior as his best man.

While George was busy trying to nail down his best man, Johnny and Anna (Molly Rainford) were sorting out the laughs for Elaine’s hen. “Elaine has been moaning about the entertainment again,” Anna spilled to Johnny.

“She loves a drag queen,” he quipped back, flicking her a piece of paper. “Drew Peacock”, Anna read out, puzzled, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Johnny cracked up, explaining: “It will be good for her to know she’s not the only drag queen called Peacock in town!”

But the name Drew Peacock has got EastEnders buffs theorising like mad, with some betting that this enigmatic drag act could be none other than Linda Carter’s (Kellie Bright) real dad, just as her mum Elaine is about to tie the knot again.

EastEnders fans flocked to social media to share their theories about the drag queen’s risqué name, Drew Peacock, and its connection to Elaine Peacock.

One fan tweeted: “So this drag queen is called drew peacock and elaine is called elaine peacock… what’s actually gone on for her to freak out next week then? #EastEnders.”

Another fan joked: “Ooooer, that was a risqué drag queen name…. Drew Peacock! #EastEnders.”

Others speculated about the possible link between Drew Peacock and Elaine’s upcoming freakout, with one fan suggesting: “Imagine if Drew was Linda’s dad’s name or do we know her dad’s name?”
