EastEnders Fans Shocked by Major Mistake in Important Scene | EastEnders
Spoilers
EastEnders fans were left stunned after spotting a significant mistake in a crucial scene. In the latest
drama, Reiss, who is in a relationship with Sonia Fowler, has been scamming Sharon Watts to afford
their IVF journey. Following Sonia’s pregnancy, Reiss began to worry about how he would support his family and cover the costs of Debbie’s private care.
In a tense episode, Phil Mitchell confronted Reiss about a fabricated £13,000 tax bill he and Sharon supposedly owed. Reiss, in a bid to cover his tracks, suggested Sharon invest the money in a dubious scheme. Phil, not one to be easily fooled, pressed Reiss for answers. Desperate, Reiss went to Debbie’s hospital room and, in a shocking moment, told her that she lived a pitiful, pointless life. Expressing his wish for her death so he could move on with Sonia, Reiss placed a pillow over his defenseless wife’s face and smothered her.
While the high drama unfolded, eagle-eyed fans noticed something off about the scene. The strange occurrence involved Sonia and Reiss’s family home at 25 Albert Square. The large terraced house, once the Branning’s home, has two reception rooms, a kitchen, and a hallway. However, its interiors are filmed at the show’s £87 million studio in Elstree, not at the actual house.
