In tonight’s (January 16) episode of EastEnders Bianca attempted a dramatic escape from Reiss after being held captive for months.
Viewers will know that Sonia is currently in prison for the murder of Reiss’ wife Debbie, a crime which Reiss is responsible for.
Back in November, Bianca became suspicious of Reiss and eventually discovered the truth. Since then, Reiss has been keeping Bianca prisoner in a soundproofed lock-up and this week viewers finally got to see Bianca again after she was shown chained to a sofa.
Yesterday’s episode (January 17) saw Bianca attempt to escape. When Bianca pretended to collapse in pain, she begged Reiss to take her to the hospital but he promised her antibiotics instead.
Tonight, Bianca continued with her plan, saying: “I feel like I’ve got hot pokers in my stomach,” before adding: “I’m scared I’m going to die in this hell hole.”
Following this, Reiss left her alone after refusing to take her to the hospital yet again so Bianca pretended to be unconscious. When Reiss rushed in to check on her, Bianca attempted to attack him and make her escape.
Her plan failed and Reiss wouldn’t let her have the key to her chains. During a chat after the altercation, a snivelling Reiss said to Bianca: “If I let you go, you’ll go straight to the police.”
After Bianca called Reiss “useless” and asked him to let her go, he said: “I’m not useless. You’ve never had any respect for me. You’ve tried to push me and Sonia apart at every turn.”
Following the heated chat, Reiss decided to leave her in the storage unit without food, saying he won’t be back tomorrow – will Bianca ever escape?
