Mason Radcliffe will be framed for a new crime on Coronation Street next week, with the teenager
continuing to struggle upon his return to the cobbled streets.
Mason was released from a Young Offenders centre last month, and has been aiming to turn his life
around by starting a job at Speed Daal.
Knowing that any further trouble could result in being sent back to the centre, Mason has tried to knuckle down and remain out of trouble, though he did make a risky move by threatening Dylan after he testified in his trial.

In next week’s scenes, the pair lock eyes whilst in the cafe, with Dylan beginning to get nervous after hearing Mason’s plans to rent a property in the nearby area. Betsy, who was having the conversation with Mason, tries to convince him to come back to her empty house.
The burgeoning relationship comes to a halt later in the week, however, with Betsy growing tired of Mason’s reluctance to hang out, accusing him of being non-committal. He grows jealous later on though after seeing Betsy conversing with Dylan, though the latter reiterates that they’re just friends.
Betsy, who is eager to make Mason jealous, takes it a step further as she kisses Dylan as Mason walks past, though he is unfazed. She later heads to Speed Daal to confess that she wanted him to notice, though he once again states he’s not interested in pursuing her.
