Coronation Street and Waterloo Road star Kym Marsh has unveiled her new tattoo, one that features an
iconic villain.
The actor, best known for playing Michelle Connor and Nicky Walters (and being in Hear’Say, of course)
is currently starring in 101 Dalmatians: The Musical, which is touring the UK until the end of the year. She is playing the role of Cruella de Vil, sharing it with Steps’ Faye Tozer.
It’s Cruella who Kym has immortalised on skin, showcasing her new inking via a photo on her Instagram.

“Thank you @jesswright_tattoo for my awesome Cruella tattoo,” she wrote in the caption. “Needed something to cover up an old one and this is just perfect! A great reminder of playing this Iconic villain!
“Although….. if you’re gonna have a tattoo gang….. ribs are SORE!!! Sorry Jess for the occasional swear word hahah. You’re an absolute genius!”
Not only is the 101 Dalmatians musical giving Kym the chance to head out on the road, perform live and wear some fashionable coats, but it also led her to finding romance.

Earlier this month, Kym announced on Instagram that she was involved with co-star Samuel Thomas, who plays Tom in the show.
“Met the most amazing man ever! Sometimes the most unexpected things happen at the most unexpected times,” she wrote in the announcement post, and added “@samuelthomasuk I love you” and the hashtags “#beautiful #soulmate #loveyou”.
Waterloo Road is expected to return for its fourth revival series later this year, with comedian and actor Jason Manford joining as a new headteacher, which has fans wondering what that means for Kim Campbell.
