Jack Webster will be bullied on Coronation Street next week after his step-mum Abi was the subject of
deepfakes.
Abi was recently targeted by the evil Stefan Brent, who superimposed her face on existing pornographic
videos in order to embarrass her in the street.
Abi decided to leave Weatherfield for a while in order to emotionally recover from the situation, but next week’s episodes will see her return to the cobbled streets after a period away in Essex.
Upon her return, she tells husband Kevin that she wants to move on from the ordeal and completely forget about Stefan, whose son Corey had killed her son, Seb, back in 2021.
Despite wanting to move past the incidents, Jack is brought into the storyline as he is bullied over the videos. Debbie intervenes in the matter, and agrees not to tell Abi and Kevin that Jack knows of the deepfake videos.
Things get even worse as Stefan arrives at the same hotel as Debbie – does he have something else planned for the family?
Stefan isn’t the only character to return to the cobbled streets in recent weeks, with bully Mason Radcliffe making a comeback following a stint at a Young Offenders Centre.

With the character bloodied after an attack, actor Luca Toolan revealed to Digital Spy that Mason’s arc will be complicated, saying: “Corrie haven’t been unrealistic – they’ve not turned him into an angel overnight.
“They’re more highlighting and playing the story of why Mason is the way he is. We’re witnessing Mason trying to fight against that and the instincts that he’s had. It’s been really interesting to play and it’s stretched me as an actor as well. You’re playing a three-dimensional character, not just a bully – it should be interesting.”
