Coronation Street fans think Helen Flanagan has dropped her biggest hint yet that she is returning to
the soap.
The actor played Rosie Webster in the ITV show from 2000 to 2012, briefly returning between 2017 and
2018 before going on maternity leave.
Fans have since wondered whether the character will make a return to the cobbles, with Helen seemingly teasing reprising the role on her Instagram page.
She shared a number of throwback photos from her time in the role, which she took over from previous star Emma Collinge.

“Some iconic Rosie moments 😂 @coronationstreet ❤️,” she captioned the post, with followers quickly taking to the comments to speculate Rosie’s return.
Her former onscreen mom Sally Dynevor – who plays Sally Webster in the show – commented: “Love this ❤️”, which further fueled rumours.

Jack P Shepherd, who plays David Platt, simply predicted: “She shall be back.”
I’m a Celebrity star Helen previously expressed her desire to return to Corrie, telling The Sun last year: “I would absolutely love to go back to Corrie at some point.

“It’s just timing. You know if you’re a mum, it’s working through things with the kids. I definitely want to do it at some point.”
During an appearance on Loose Women, Helen shared that she would love to return to the soap with her character Rosie being a mother.
“I don’t know why, but I’d love Rosie to be a mum,” she explained. “I would love to come back at some point and play that.”
