Coronation Street’s Dylan Wilson will face being caught out next week, as his plan to avoid Brody’s wrath goes very wrong.
After Dylan was recently convicted for possessing and making threats with a knife – which was later used to stab Mason Radcliffe by his brothers – he was sentenced to six months in a Secure Training Centre.
He appeared to have made a friend in fellow inmate Brody, but Brody shows his true colours this week when he threatens Dylan’s dad Sean Tully and demands that he sneak a burner phone into the STC for Brody.

When Dylan finds out what has happened and tells Brody that he knows his dad won’t smuggle in a phone, Brody and his mates decide to teach Dylan a lesson.
In scenes that will air on Tuesday, March 25, Sean and Dylan have a change of heart and decide to go along with Brody’s demands, so that Dylan’s time in the STC isn’t made even more difficult than it already is.
Sean feels nervous as he hides a burner phone in a glasses case and manages to slip it into STC teacher Daniel Osbourne’s bag before he heads to work.

Sean then phones Dylan and gives him a coded message, suggesting that he look in Daniel’s bag for the glasses case. Dylan picks up on Sean’s true meaning and thanks his dad for his help.
Later on, as Dylan sits in class, Daniel is distracted by a row that breaks out between some of the inmates.
When Daniel’s back is turned, Dylan seizes the chance to search through his bag for the case, but Daniel spots him doing this.
Is Dylan and Sean’s plan ruined – and could this give Brody even more ammunition against Dylan?
Brody is being played by former Hollyoaks star Ryan Mulvey, who recently left the Channel 4 soap after his character JJ Osborne was sent to prison for abusing his twin sister Frankie.
Liam McCheyne, who plays Dylan, recently spoke to Inside Soap about his character’s new life in the STC, hinting that “Dylan is very easily led”.
Following Dylan and Brody being caught with drugs, McCheyne explained that Dylan “just feels he needs to fit in in order to survive, so that’s why he ends up going along with it”.
