Coronation Street actor Luana Santos has announced that she has left the ITV soap.
The young star has been playing Max Turner’s love interest Sabrina Adetiba for just over a year and has
been a big part of the Lauren Bolton/Joel Deering storyline that’s dominated Corrie for months.
In a post on her Instagram Stories, she revealed that she has wrapped up filming, and explained the reason for her departure.

“Last day with Corrie, thanks for everything,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself in a dressing room, and another with co-star Jack Carroll. “Drama school here I come.”

Meanwhile, Beth Tinker actor Lisa George is leaving Corrie this summer, and her exit plot is currently underway, with corrupt cop Kit Green set to issue her a major threat next week.
Perhaps the biggest Corrie exit on the horizon is Gail Rodwell herself, played by Helen Worth.
