Next week, Lauren is at the hospital with her son Frankie. That’s when a new face arrives with the potential to stop Joel in his tracks. Meanwhile, DS Swain and Dee-Dee try their best to find evidence against the evil solicitor. Earlier, they found some suspicious messages on Joel’s old work phone.

In the due episodes, Dee-Dee stopped by Joel’s old workplace, Walcotts. Then, Swain dug into those messages between Joel and a woman named Ellie, thanks to an IT contact. Later. Craig Tinker decided to help find Ellie, but when they finally located her, she refused to speak.

Dee-Dee then told Daniel Osborne about Ellie. So, Daniel reached out to his ex, Nicky Wheatley, hoping she could convince Ellie to open up. In the coming week, Lisa and Dee-Dee find evidence linking Joel to the abortion drugs he used on Lauren, which caused her to go into premature labour.

This happens after they notice that the bistro van has a dashcam and check the footage. After finding that the parcel was from a private health clinic, Lisa contacts them for more information.
