Dylan Wilson was full of fear on Coronation Street as the villainous Brody tightened his grip.

Dylan has been serving his stint at the Secure Training Centre (STC) after his knife was used in the murder of Mason Radcliffe, though it hasn’t been smooth sailing during his time there.

Despite seemingly finding a friend in fellow inmate Brody, an oblivious Dylan was being put on the back foot as his supposed friend harboured an ulterior motive, which played out last week after he threatened Dylan’s father, Sean, into supplying him with a burner phone.

After Sean initially refused, Brody trashed Dylan’s room and threatened further action, with Dylan confiding to his father that they might be best served to go along with the villain’s plan or risk further anger.

Sean heeded his advice, with tonight’s (March 25) episode beginning as Sean hid a burner phone in his glasses case and stashed it in Daniel’s bag, all with the aim of it eventually reaching Brody. He covertly informed Dylan, who was preparing for his lesson.

Naturally, they had to find a way of retrieving the phone, with the boys staging an argument to distract Daniel. As the teacher left his bag, Dylan scurried to the bag and grabbed the case in the nick of time.

Daniel noticed that something was up, however, and questioned Dylan as to why he was near his bag. Dylan kept quiet regarding the matter, though Daniel warned him that any further indiscretions would result in his behaviour being reported.

Dylan later handed the phone to Brody, who simply branded him as “useful” before heading out of the room. As Dylan sat alone on his bed and abruptly ended his phone call with his father, he contemplated his latest decision and whether Brody was truly done with his scheming…
