Bear utterly breaks at the DS Walsh’s suggestion that his wrestling skills meant he was fully aware of what he was doing while killing Ray. Shattered, he gives a false murder admission to the police to protect Paddy, leaving him equally broken.
As Kim confirms to Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) that she plans to remain closed off to Graham, Graham himself realises that showing Joe the true scope of Kim’s cruelty will prove harder than he thought.
Elsewhere, Jacob is wounded by brutal feedback from Dr. Todd and Eric is disturbed to learn of the gossip about Kerry and Jai.
Tuesday, March 17

Paddy, unable to live with the fact that Bear is imprisoned again after so long on Celia’s farm, determines to confess to the police to see him set free. With Dylan on side, they say a tender goodbye to Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) before they head inside to confess.
Eric turns detective as he tries to get to the bottom of what’s happening between Kerry and Jai, he’s momentarily convinced it’s idle gossip when he crosses with Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle). When he comes across concrete evidence, though, he decides to keep quiet, leaving them in the dark as to what he now knows.
Meanwhile, as Graham warns Joe to be clever, he raises the suspicions of the Dingles by apologising to Lydia and offering her a pay rise.
Wednesday, March 18

Things get even worse for Paddy and Dylan when they’re charged with perverting the course of justice.
With bail unconfirmed and a postponed court date, Paddy’s interest is piqued when their solicitor suggests a witness who could confirm Ray’s intent to kill Dylan could be the answer and he immediately thinks of Laurel.
Also, Joe’s behaviour worries even Kim, while Eric discovers further proof of Kerry and Jai’s relationship.

Dylan’s mental health collapses over the impending court date, and April is horrified at the state he’s in.
Graham confronts Joe, having discovered the truth of what he’s up to.
Moreover, Eric hatches a plot to test Kerry’s loyalty.

Isaac is utterly destroyed at the prospect of losing his dad to cancer.
